Background:

Joey is an Athens native and started with Tennis for Life as a junior player 11 years ago.

Currently, Joey is a senior at UGA majoring in Sport Management and plans to attend Law School in the Fall.

Tennis Experience:

Joey started playing tennis at the age of 11 and competed in numerous junior tournaments from ages 14-18. Joey is a hard worker and received a few scholarships to smaller schools, but he chose to attend UGA to focus on a legal career.

Teaching Experience:

Joey started teaching at Tennis for Life in the summer of 2002, assisting with the Tennis-Lunch-Swim camps. He has been working with junior players for the past 4 years and enjoys watching them progress.

Hobbies:

Camping, rafting, dancing, playing with my dog.
