Background:

Brian joined  the Tennis for Life staff of tennis instructors in January 2008.

Brian is currently enrolled at UGA majoring in Sports Studies.  Brian is originally from Roswell, Georgia and has taught at the Tennis Academy of Georgia in Marrietta for 7 years.  

Tennis Experience:

Brian started playing tennis at the of age 6 and competed in tournaments from age 11.  Brian was a very accomplished junior, finishing in the top 20 in the South three times.  Brian was awarded a tennis scholarship at East Carolina University where he competed for two years.

Teaching Experience:

Brian began his teaching career six years ago at the Tennis Academy of Georgia in Mariettta, Ga.  Brian has worked with children of all ages and levels.  He has experience coaching Adults and nationally ranked junior players.

Brian specializes in coaching serves and volleys.  Brian enjoys teaching and loves to develop players and see progress.  Most of all, Brian wants his students to have fun and ‘love’ the sport of tennis.

Hobbies:

Brian enjoys playing  basketball and golf.  He follows all sports and politics.
