PROGRAM:
Tennis Academy "TA" Participating in the TA
is an earned position and players must be invited to join
by the Director of Tennis and coach Stacey Venker. Through
continuous hard work, a positive attitude and a desire to
improve, TA participants will be the rising tennis stars of
the community. The TA player will develop solid technique
on all strokes. Tennis practices will become tougher and more
demanding. Mental toughness, strategy, point developments,
shot selection and footwork will be the focal points of this
program. If you are unsure if TA is the correct program for
your athlete, call 769-2954 and we will schedule and conduct
an on court evaluation. Continue to enjoy and play the true

Payment for clinics is due at the
beginning of each session. Please make checks payable to "OTP". |

A Team Update notice will be handed
out at the end of each month. This update contains important
information: rain make-up dates, scheduling, tournament
information, highlights and fees due. Please read your Tennis
Update!

INSTRUCTORS:
All classes are taught by Stacey L. Venker. For the past
17 years, Stacey has worked with local juniors to develop
state, sectional and national rankings. Stacey played intermediate
tennis at Clemson University and she is very exited and motivated
to work with Oconee County juniors again.

RAIN
POLICY: If it is raining, or you think it might be wet
at Herman C. Michael Park, please call 769-2954 one hour before
your scheduled class time. If your class is canceled, the
message in the machine will indicate the cancellation. All
canceled classes will be rescheduled.

MAKE-UP
POLICY: If a child misses a practice, it is not possible
to make up class.
|
|
