Star 3 - FALL 2003

PROGRAM: Star 3 " Pre - Team Program" This program is the next step for the tennis student of any age who has completed the Star 2 program or another basic series of tennis lessons. Emphasis is on improving stroke production, combining different shots and learning how to play a competitive tennis match. The first hour of the class is formatted for practice clinic: tennis drills, teaching aids and games will be used to focus on different aspects of the game. The last half hour of practice is formatted for a practice match. Scoring, positioning, rules, and etiquette will be taught. If you are unsure if Star 3 is the correct program for your athlete, call 613-3592 and we will schedule and conduct an on court evaluation. Continue to enjoy and play the true "Sport of a Lifetime"

	SCHEDULE:	September 8 - October 30 8 week program 10 and under: Thursday 4:30 pm - 6 pm 11 - 15 years: Thursdday 4:30 pm - 6 pm
	FEE:	8 one and one half hour tennis clinics @ $11 = $88/90 out of county.
	FEE:	Checks payable to "Bishop Park Tennis Program"

	INSTRUCTORS: All classes are taught by trained tennis professionals. All classes have a specific theme and lesson plan. These lesson plans were developed by Stacey L. Venker.
	CLASS SIZE: A maximum class size is 6 students per 1 instructor.
	RAIN POLICY: If it is raining, or you think it might be wet at Bishop Park please call 613-3592 one hour before your scheduled class time. If your class is canceled, the message in the machine will indicate the cancellation. All canceled classes will be rescheduled.
	MAKE-UP POLICY: If a child misses a practice, it is not possible to make up class.
