Directions

From Atlanta

Take I-85 N to exit 106 "Lawrenceville/Athens". Hwy. 316 East to Athens Perimeter (Loop 10), North on Loop 10 exit 14 Prince Avenue, continue on ramp across intersection, ramp becomes Sunset Drive after traffic light. Continue on Sunset Drive 0.2 miles and turn right into Bishop Park. The Tennis Office is located inside the Park, past the swimming pool. There are 3 courts in front of the office and 3 courts behind it.

From Northwest (Gainesville, Jefferson)

Going South on Hwy. 129/State Hwy. 15/Jefferson Road/Prince Avenue, turn right on Sunset Drive, continue for 0.2 miles, turn right into Bishop Park. ** The Tennis Office is located inside the Park, past the swiming pool. There are 3 courts in front of the office and 3 behind it.

From North (Commerce)

Going South on Hwy 441, turn right on loop 10, take exit 14 "Prince Avenue", left on Prince Ave.. Turn Right on Sunset Drive continue on Sunset Drive for 0.2 miles and turn right into Bishop Park * * .

From Northeast (Madison Co., Danielsville)

Going South on Hwy. 29, turn right onto Loop 10 (exit 11), take exit 14 Prince Ave., left on Prince Ave., turn right on Sunset Drive, continue for 0.2 miles and turn right into Bishop Park ** .

From West (Bogart, Winder )

East on Hwy. 29/State Hwy. 8 (Atlanta Hwy.), North on perimeter (Loop 10), Prince Avenue exit 14, continue on ramp across intersection, ramp becomes Sunset Drive. Continue on Sunset Drive 0.2 miles and turn right into Bishop Park ** .

From Monroe

Hwy. 78 to Hwy. 316 (East) to Perimeter (Loop 10), North on Loop 10 exit 14 Prince Avenue, continue on ramp across intersection, ramp becomes Sunset Drive. Continue on Sunset Drive 0.2 miles and turn right into Bishop Park ** .

From South (Watkinsville, Madison)

Going North on 441, go west on Perimeter (Loop 10) take exit 14, Prince Ave. Continue on ramp across intersection, ramp becomes Sunset Drive after traffic light. Continue on Sunset Drive for 0.2 miles and turn right into Bishop Park ** .

From East (Winterville / Oglethorpe Co.)

West on Hwy. 78 Lexington Road to Perimeter (Loop 10). North on Loop 10 to Prince Ave. (exit 14). Left on Prince Ave. Right on Sunset Drive. Continue on Sunset Drive for 0.2 miles and turn right into Bishop Park ** .

From the loop 10 exit at Hwy 78 - Lexington Road

Take Hwy 78 East

Aprox 1.5 miles from loop take a left onto Cherokee Road (this is where Gainesschool road meets Hwy 78)

The park is 0.5 miles on your left, next to the roller skating ring. The tennis courts can be seen from the road.
