Emphasis moves to more point playing |

Understanding your own strengths and weaknesses and developing a strategy |
| High School Season, Tournament Preparation - March, April & May |

Emphasis on singles and doubles match play |

Proper shot selection |
 |
Understanding momentum and the flow of a match |

Player should compete in high school matches and at least one tournament per month |

| State Championships (Peak Performance) - June, July & Early August |

Players should be at their "best" here (peak performance) |

Practices will emphasize lots of point playing and less conditioning (should be in your best shape by now) |

Must compete in 2 State Championship tournaments to acquire ranking. |

Playing in 1 or 2 championships or challenger tournaments is also recommended |
